As we move forward with my campaign, today we reached at a place which is an abode for knowledge and a place where young minds flourish. Yes, I am talking about Ravindranath Tagore high schoolone of the oldest school in Pune, Maharashtra and being known for its good faculty and bright students, I had to visit them!
It was a 40 minutes session comprising of class 9th and 11th students. I was provided with the facility of a big stage and blackboards. I talked about what is sports in general as many people have great misconceptions about sports in India. I also of course introduced them to fencing and how one can approach it as a sport and continue it further. At the end of session, I told them the importance of time management and how to balance different priorities in you lives. The students could relate to it as they were also the ones struggling like any other kid struggles in high school. It was a delight to see such young minds like me who are ready to explore the world.
This workshop was not just about providing information; it was about planting seeds of inspiration and guidance in the minds of these young students.
